Raw Brownies

Ingredients 

6 Medjool Dates

4tsp Cold Water

6tsp Cacao

6tsp Smooth Cashew Butter

12tsp Ground Almonds

2tsp Vanilla Extract 

4tsp Honey

 

Method

Chop the Medjool Dates (really well until you have a sticky mess)

Place them in a bowl with the cold water, cacao, smooth cashew butter, ground almonds and 2tsp vanilla extract. Add the honey. Stir well with a spatula for a minute. Press the mixture into a 10-12cm square tin and place in the fridge for 10 mins. Once cooled - take it out and cut it into as many squares as you fancy. The perfect little treat.
